HAPPY 40th COZZY!

Been lookin forward to this one - Cozzy's 40th Birthday "P" PArty. Come as something that starts with P, too easy! It was a great night - have a look at some of the sights below. Keep an eye out for me old mate Tony who went as a penis (I offered to make the suit if he paid for the foam - he was the star of the night)
Speeches - Deb and Cozzy (and who's that dick in the background?)
Sharon and me. Sharon looked too gorgeous to be punk.
Sharon and Debbie (Patsy). How good is the girl's hair? I did it of course! Although, to be honest, it was a miracle it came out well, I haven't done anything like that for thirteen years.
Rob (arrrrr!) Debbie Mac and Shazza
What can you possibly say about this? The best part was driving from my place (where I made the costume) to Cozzy and Greg's. Tony was standing up in the back of my ute, so we just drove around a little bit, beeping the horn and yelling at people. It's just not something you see every day.
Tony says "When I asked you what you came as Ian, I didn't expect a demonstration"
had to throw this one in.......
Smoke machine, flashing lights and some groovey moves. I bet that you'd look good on the dance floor.
It was a sensational night, but sadly, the last big one for a while. We're trying to get something going for halloween with the band, didn't happen last year, so we'll have to make more of an effort.

Just one week earlier. A big block of foam, an electric knife, half a dozen Bundies and the beginnings of an costume destined to become a classic. Foam all over the house and Adrian in trouble.

Well, I'm off to get a couple of hours sleep now before England play Ecuador.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

It was my birthday on Wednesday and what better way celebrate than a weekend away, but not too far away. In this case just 15 minutes down the road at The Burswood Resort. Kids the first night, friends the second. Nice.
Jordan, Jessica and Samantha on the balcony
Just loungin' around
Fish and Chips
Sunset and Chardonnay.
By now the kids were with Grandma, so we had some of that oh so hard to get peace and quiet
Gotta love that view
Ready for a night out (of the room, not the hotel)
6.30 and cue the Nokesees
6.45 and throw in the Martinsis
went out to dinner at the new YU resaurant. Loved it, and Sharon ate jellyfish (by accident mind you) popped into the casino for a while, Ian was chatting up some bird so we left him, but he caught up. Stopped into Paddy's pub but the girls reckoned it was too busy. We wanted to stay for a pint or two and watch the band, but we lost that one. Ended up in the cocktail bar for a while where we paid too much for drinks.
Back at the room. Marie, and I'm not sure what she was doing......
fantastic weekend - Cozzy's "P" party in a couple of weeks....
